Backend & Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) ASP.NET

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin - Alt-Treptow

Your mission
As a Backend & Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d) at our Berlin office, you play a vital role within our dynamic team, leveraging your programming expertise to elevate our software and tool landscape to new heights.

Drive innovation from concept to deployment: You will take ownership of developing, planning, and programming solutions for our self-developed laboratory planning tools, which supports all our employees throughout the entire project life cycle. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing enhancements and integrating them into our existing infrastructure.

Work independently within a supportive team: While you will be integrated into our team of five talented developers, you will have full ownership of your project, from initial concept to deployment. You will continuously learn new skills and develop yourself, contributing your ideas and expertise to our collective success.

Collaborate and elevate: Your enthusiasm for coding will drive our solutions to the next level, supported by the collaborative efforts of our dedicated team.

Joining our team is a three-step adventure:
  1. Meet & Greet with Rabea: Get to know our HR Manager on a personal level. We'll chat about your fit for the role, motivations, and ensure it's a mutual match.
  2. Code Challenge: Show off your technical prowess! We'll present you with a coding challenge to evaluate your skills and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Tech Talk with Leaders: Take the spotlight in a technical interview with our Tech Lead and Digital Program Manager. This is your chance to shine and showcase your expertise.
