Your mission
As a Backend Software Engineer/ Developer at our Berlin office, you play a vital role within our dynamic team, leveraging your programming expertise to elevate our internal tools and our SaaS product, SEAL, to new heights.
- Start your own project from scratch: You develop, plan and program solutions for our self-developed laboratory planning tool, that accompanies all our employees within the entire project life cycle.
- Be in charge from concept to deployment: You will learn new skills and develop yourself constantly and in parallel you have full ownership of your code.
- Act as one team: Your enthusiasm for coding contributes to the collective effort in pushing our solutions to the next level, supported by a talented group of currently 5 great developers.
- In your first month, you will be familiarized with our team and have already resolved some bugs and requests. Your code has gone live multiple times.
- In the following months, your knowledge of our codebase has drastically increased and you add value to fundamental software architecture decisions. You also feel confident to suggest improvement to the team's workflow.
- At the end of your first year, you have successfully contributed to a wide range of projects and have established yourself as a valued member of our team and feel comfortable in your new role.
- Meet & Greet with Rabea: Get to know our HR Manager on a personal level. We'll chat about your fit for the role, motivations, and ensure it's a mutual match.
- Code Challenge: Show off your technical prowess! We'll present you with a coding challenge to evaluate your skills and problem-solving abilities.
